Hi there. I have just purchased a 2016 Astra Sri 1.4 turbo and I am finding the blind spots a bit too wide for what Iv been used to. Has anyone else had the same issue? I have had a few near misses and wonder if there is an alert I can have fitted when My visibility is poor?
If you are referring to the A pillars, I have to agree that they are a bit on the thick side and I tend to look around both sides, especially when going around the inside lane of a 2 lane roundabout. That said it doesn't put me off the car one bit, I love mine!

Having been used to an Astra 'J', I suppose I got used to the blind spots in that car, so I haven't found them too disconcerting in my 'K'. However, I do agree with you they leave a lot to be desired. I also concur with Jeff in that it doesn't put me off the car and I'm still enjoying it as much as when it was first delivered!
What car did you drive before, Jules?
