hid retrofit (non interlelux)

Post by somervillearron » Thu Mar 31, 2016 7:37 pm

hey
i am looking to fit some h7 hids to my astra k, it has projectors already so should look ok!.
But what i am wondering is, should i be using the shorter h7 hid bulbs? because i had to on a few cars with projectors the thing was the bulbs did fit fine but the tip of the bulb sat a bit closer to the projector than the standard halogen h7s did. I would just like a little bit of advice as it will be hard to tell if the bulb is any closer because of the way the bulbs go in

Hi. I installed philips xendrive series h7 xenon kit. No errors. I recommend philips xendrive and mTec brands.

Does the HID kit not throw up any error messages?
It's a straight 1 for 1 swap?
Cheers

Does anybody know, if I can replace the stock halogen headlights with a pair of original Intellilux Matrix headlights? Seen them quite cheap a eBay for a pair of used headlights.

Fog lights, arm rest and chrome trims.
Installed H7 LED headlights with great result.
